OUR TEAM

Meet the Founders

Andrew Burns

Co-founder

After graduating from the University of the Arts London (Chelsea: Fine Art) in 2004, Andrew dove straight into the world of broadcast television, kicking off his career with powerhouse documentary series like Channel 4’s Dispatches, BBC Panorama, and ITV Tonight.

These days, he’s a creative force as a multi-talented videographer, skilled in filming, editing, and video effects. He’s also cut two full-length documentary films—so if you’re looking for someone who knows how to tell a story, he’s your guy. Andrew’s client roster is stacked, too, with names like Universal Music Group, the London School of Economics, Rightside, Music Ally, and even Tinie Tempah.

With Andrew behind the camera, you get the real deal: a storyteller who’s as passionate about capturing your brand’s voice as you are—and who knows how to make every shot count.

Adam Mallett

Co-founder

After graduating from the University of the Arts London (Chelsea: Fine Art) in 2003, Adam hit the road as part of the nine-piece rock band Do Me Bad Things, recording and touring with them before shifting his talents to graphic design in 2006.

Since then, he’s created eye-catching visuals for an impressive mix of clients—from legendary musicians like the Arctic Monkeys and Kate Bush to organizations like Age UK and the London School of Economics. Adam also has a big heart for his community, regularly volunteering with Heart n Soul, an arts organization that supports people with learning disabilities.

When he’s not designing, you’ll find him diving into music from 1953-1982, baking something delicious, or exploring other people’s stories.
